At Outdoor Gear Shop, we are committed to delivering your outdoor adventure essentials as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. For more details on shipping to your region, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Batteries
  • Fire Starters and Lighters
  • Food Jars

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For PayPal payments, refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact our customer service team. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Outdoor Gear Shop.
