Our Return & Exchange Policy
At Outdoor Gear Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below to understand how we can assist you.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Batteries
- Fire Starters and Lighters
- Food Jars
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase. For PayPal payments, refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact our customer service team. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Outdoor Gear Shop.
